Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Goods once sold will not be taken back unless prior written consent of Eagle is obtained.

  2. Should a situation arise wherein genuine error is made by the customer in identifying the required Exilient product, the customer may contact Eagle and request change in the order placed. However, such requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed and, or the product has been shipped to the customer.

  3. Eagle reserves the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Eagle and accept the decision as so decided by Eagle.

  4. In the case customer is not satisfied with the Exilient Product bought , customer is to communicate with Eagle in written within 7 days of receipt of the Exilient product. Eagle to its satisfaction of the return reason will issue RMA ( Return Material Authorisation ) letter to customer. Eagle may reject the return and or the refund request of customer on basis of non satisfactory reasons mentioned by the customer. No returns will be accepted without proper RMA from Eagle.

  5. Refund of returns are subjective and our acceptance and that the product must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. Should be returned back in its original packaging including the contents, invoice and documents. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the Return product to the company premises. No Refund will be applicable or entertained if customer does not like the item or for any other such frivol reason.
