Organizations with a large installed base of laptop computers need to purchase larger quantities and more regularly. Such organizations can set up a Corporate Account. Once a Corporate Account is set up, a Representative will contact you to discuss your specific needs and help you plan your purchases.

How to set up a Corporate Account on Exilient.com?

    1. Download the Corporate Account Application Form.

    2. Fill the Application and send it to sales@exilient.com

    3. A representative will contact you and help you set up the account.

    1. Who can set up a Corporate Account?

      Corporate Accounts can be set up by Companies, PSUs, Government Departments, Educational Institutions, Banks , SMEs and similar organizations.

 

    1. What are the advantages of setting up a Corporate Account?

      We will nominate a Representative to work with your organization and help you identify the parts needed for the your laptops. Additional services such as off-line order acceptance, on-site installation support, priority delivery etc. may be delivered based on your special needs. Such services may be charged extra.

 

    1. What is the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the Corporate Account Program?

      The minimum amount to qualify is 10 or more products purchased per month. These can be a mix of any of the products available at Exilient.com.

 

    1. What does Exilient.com need from our company for us to purchase products?

      Complete the above Corporate Account Application and agree to Exilient.com general TERMS OF USE.

 

    1. When will my order ship?

      Exilient.com will make best effort to ship your order the same or next business day we get it. Larger quantity orders may require additional delivery times. Your Account Representative will provide delivery times once you place your order.

 

    1. What is the normal shipping lead time?

      Free shipping is provided for all orders within India. Your shipping transit time may take up to 1 to 5 days depending on your location.

 

    1. What shipping methods does Exilient.com offer?

      FEDEX is the usual carrier for all our shipments, except at some locations where we may use other carriers.

 

    1. How can we place our Purchase orders?

      Purchase orders can be placed directly on Exilient.com or mailed to sales@exilient.com

 

  1. What if I need to make a return?

    Most products can be returned for a credit. A return authorization will be required prior to all returns. A 100% credit will apply for our errors. Returns for any other reason will bear a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
